And further, putting the customer and their experience at the center of the model is a paradigm shift that re-frames the globalization challenge. How can UX/CX designs be made to work across a planet that is culturally and linguistically diverse?

The other day, when I installed a Kannada keyboard on my mother’s smartphone, it took her about two minutes to get annoyed with it. A native Kannada speaker, she asked me to switch the keyboard back to English.
